What we collect
When you submit the sell form we collect your name, phone number, email address, how you heard about us, the details of the device you want to sell, and any photos you choose to upload. We arrange a day, time and address for doorstep collection directly with you — we don't ask for your address on the form itself.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to value your device, contact you with an offer, arrange free doorstep collection, and complete the purchase. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the transaction and for the legal and accounting periods that apply to second-hand goods purchases. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Who we share it with
Information may be processed by the service providers that host our website and database and, where used, our messaging and email providers. Where required by law, we may share purchase records with the police or other authorities.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month.
Device data
You are responsible for removing your own data from any device before handover — backing up, signing out of accounts, disabling Find My and performing a factory reset.
