Valuations and offers
Any figure we give you before inspecting a device is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed once we have seen the item. You are under no obligation to accept.
Ownership
By selling to us you confirm that you are the legal owner of the item, that it is not subject to finance, and that it has not been reported lost or stolen. We do not buy blacklisted devices or devices still linked to an Apple, Google or Samsung account.
Accuracy of description
If a device differs from the description you gave, we may revise or withdraw the offer at the point of inspection.
Identification
For higher-value purchases we may ask to see photo ID and record the details, in line with second-hand goods good practice.
Payment
Payment is normally made by bank transfer once the item has been received and checked. Timescales are confirmed when we make the offer.
Doorstep collection
We collect every device from your doorstep by arrangement — this is our only collection method, and we do not offer postage or drop-off. We'll agree a day and time that suits you within 24 hours of your enquiry, and pay you on the spot once the device is checked.
Cancellation
You may withdraw from the sale at any time before payment is made. Once payment has been made and the item transferred, the sale is final.
